The territory for hotel building is located in the central part of the city in a park area close to the

two restaurants, cafe, saloons for reading and rest, hairdresser's and barber's, parking places and garage,
sports blocks with sauna and garage, sports blocks with sauna, skittle-alley, tennis-courts.

Investments required - 20 M. USD.
