The territory of the Azov State Shipyard is situated in the waters of Mariupol State Maritime Commercial Port. The total area of the Plant is 21.58 ha, the area of waters is 11.25 ha.
The Azov State Shipyard is limited in the North by the Admiral Lunin Prospect and borders upon Nakhimov's Prospect.
The territory is connected to cargo branch line and is located at the distance of 10 km from the airport.

The airport with the adjoining territories is located at the distance of 2 km from the Mariupol outskirts to the North of Il'ichevskoe Settlement.
The West Zone of SEZ "AZOV" includes the territory of former military airport which borders upon city airport and is at the distance of 15 km from railway station.
The West Zone is adjoining to the airport territory.
THE EAST INDUSTRIAL ZONE

The East Industrial Zone is the territory near the railway at the creek of the Kalmius River and the territory of Schmidt's harbour, where the Mariupol Maritime Fishing Port is situated, is at the right bank of the creek of the Kalmius river near the East outskirts of Mariupol.
The East Industrial Zone of SEZ "AZOV" borders upon to the branch line "Mariupol - Donetsk" and is situated at the distance of 15 km from the airport (by city highways).
According to general plan, the city territory is the control area of Metallurgical Centre "Azovstal" and "Markokhim" plant.
The water-supply system - There is no water - supply system.
